1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our processing time is usually 3 days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 6 days.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your package ships, we’ll email you with tracking information.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We do ship internationally. We encourage you to educate yourself about extra VAT or customs charges applied within your country. Some international customers may need to pay these extra fees before they can receive their parcels. Please note that, all customs and duty charges are payable by customers.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept FDX and Grabpay wthin Malaysia. We don’t accept personal checks or money orders.
5. Do you offer bulk or special orders?
If you need a size larger than we offer on the website, email us at soapoftheday.info@gmail.com.

7. Do you teach classes?
Yes. But only available few places in Malaysia. We will update the lastest soap making class on our Website and Facebook page.
8. How long can I keep your soaps?
We recommend you use our products within 6 months for the best results, as the colors and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time. However, our soaps will still get you clean after the fragrance and colors are long gone.
9. Cancellation:
We allow cancellations up to one hour after the order is placed. Please email to soapoftheday.info@gmail.com for assistant.
10. Damaged or missing orders:
We can issue a refund or replace your missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 14 days of purchase. If anything is missing or incorrect, please email to soapoftheday.info@gmail.com. It helps if you have your order number and list of the items. If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items, box, labels and email it to us. If you choose a replacement, we’ll ship it to the original shipping address. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are responsible for the cost to ship it again.
11. Returns:
Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.
Due to the hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept on soaps returns. If there is an issue with a product you received, please do contact us at soapoftheday.info@gmail.com.
Please allow us 10 business days to process returns.
12. Refunds:
All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded.
